CTR Project Services Ltd is a multidisciplinary consultancy that specialises in the energy and construction sectors. We work across EHV, HV, and LV. With over 10 years of experience, we offer expertise in engineering, project management, and project controls. The company was founded in 2018 by Carl Rowe, a project professional, while working at a leading UK energy company. Since then, we have been providing professional consulting services to clients. Carl Rowe
Founder and Managing Director
Carl utilises his engineering background to enhance project and contract management capabilities. He gathers knowledge from best practices to quickly challenge the norm and drive high-performing results. He has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and is comfortable problem-solving and presenting complex to a wide of audiences, successfully delivering projects for various clients.
Carl Rowe is a Master's of Engineering qualified Electrical Engineer with experience in delivering multidisciplinary projects in the energy industry. He has led a portfolio of projects and managed comprehensive reporting suites on major infrastructure projects for both client and consultant organizations.
Post-graduation, he built his career at a leading UK Utilities Company, where he a wide range of skills to become a leading Project Manager and Project Controls Manager. He is qualified as MIET, MAPM, NEBOSH, and APMP.
Carl remains actively involved in the day-to-day delivery of engineering projects and is engaged in reviewing projects to provide senior-level support to the project team.
Carl has been an active member of the APM's Project Controls Special Interest Group, where he has previously contributed to the production of a guide to project controls and participated in podcasts on major projects.
